The new houses are expected to become available for purchase in June, and are expected to be completed by the end of the year, just in time for ski season. Modeled after a street in Kentlands, Maryland, the row of cottages, fronting on a common staircase up the mountain, is one of the the quaintest areas of Breakaway.
